Accessibility

TAVAS is committed to welcoming all members of the community, and we have taken every reasonable step to ensure our event is accessible for people with mobility problems.

However the Great War Flying Display is being held on a private airfield and, as such, on uneven ground.

There is no road, footpath or walkway access onto or within the airfield and access around the entire site may be difficult for some people.

Parking for the disabled and elderly will be at the very front of the car park, closest to the entrance.

Mobile Independence will provide a limited amount of electric scooters for use on the day. These are available on a first-come first-served basis.

A small trackless train will also be operating with space for one wheel chair on each trip. If you may have trouble moving between areas of the display site, this is probably the best option.
